AstraZeneca Rare Disease seeks a visionary leader to steer strategy and commercial performance for the Southern Cone portfolio, building high-performing teams and aligning Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain around shared goals.

You will translate strategy into execution, drive portfolio optimization, develop organizational capability, and create sustainable value for patients, healthcare systems, and AstraZeneca.

Formación

• Significant leadership experience in pharma, biotech, or rare disease.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution capabilities.
• Proven track record leading commercial organizations in complex healthcare settings.
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the Rare Disease strategy for the Southern Cone region.
• Drive integrated brand and portfolio plans to achieve short- and long-term goals.
• Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, and HR to execute priorities.
