Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field.
6+ years in Quality Systems, QA, or QC within CPG, pharma, or cosmetics.
4+ years of direct people management and lab leadership.
Strong knowledge of local regulatory standards (ANMAT, INV, SEDRONAR, MSyAS).
Advanced English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage the San Luis plant quality system to ensure global quality standards and local regulatory compliance.
Coordinate resources across Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and the Analytical, Microbiology, and Packaging Laboratories with EHS oversight.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, document control, and audits with corrective actions.
Oversee process and equipment validation; drive automation and digital transformation for the quality organization.
Serve as quality contact for Technology Centers, regional/global teams, Customer Service, and Regulatory functions for the Cono Sur region.
