Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase, ideally at a technology company.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail in grammar, punctuation and style.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models.
