Job summary

FullStack is hiring a QA Automation Engineer (Playwright & AI) to join our talent network and work with U.S. clients on flexible, project-based development projects. You will integrate into client teams and contribute to automated QA efforts using Playwright and AI integrations.

We require 4+ years of QA automation, advanced English, a four-year degree, and experience owning E2E test suites. This is 100% remote work with opportunities to collaborate on large systems and innovative AI-enabled QA

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience with QA automation.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining automated test suites with Playwright.
• Experience integrating AI tools or frameworks into a production QA workflow.
• Ownership of automated end-to-end and regression test suites for web apps.
• Strong defect tracking, bug lifecycle management, and QA methodologies.
• Proficient in automated testing principles for web platforms.
• Ability to work through difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to implement CI/CD for automated tests and deployments.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams and large, complex systems.

• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional software development experience with QA automation.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four‑year college degree is required.
• Has designed, built, and maintained automated test suites in production using Playwright.
• Has integrated AI tools or frameworks (e.g., GitHub Copilot, test generation tools, or LLM APIs) into a production QA workflow.
• Has owned automated end‑to‑end (E2E) and regression test suites for web applications.
• Well‑versed in defect tracking, bug lifecycle management, and core software QA methodologies.
• Proficient in automated testing principles for web platforms.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can‑do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
