Allata, a global consulting and tech services firm, is seeking a QA Automation Engineer for a client product team. You will own end-to-end testing, combining automation with exploratory testing in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work with JavaScript/TypeScript, Cypress or Playwright, API testing, and CI/CD pipelines, partnering with developers and product stakeholders to improve release quality. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• 2+ years of test automation experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with UI automation and API testing.
• Familiar with CI/CD integration for test suites.
• Ability to translate acceptance criteria into test plans.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain end-to-end UI automation for an Angular app using Cypress.
• Develop and maintain automated API and contract tests for Spring Boot REST services and SQS/SNS event flows.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring speed and reliability.
• Translate Jira acceptance criteria and design mocks into test plans and scenarios.
• Perform exploratory, regression, and functional testing across QA and UAT environments.
• Identify, document, and communicate defects with clear steps and evidence.
