Anyone AI is recruiting experienced Python Software Engineers for paid, project-based engagements with a leading AI lab. You’ll work on clearly scoped software engineering projects involving real-world codebases and development challenges.

This is a strong fit for engineers seeking flexible, remote project work alongside other professional commitments. Projects are independently scoped, allowing contributors to select work based on availability and expertise, with per-project compensation.

Formación

• 2–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Knowledge of at least one additional language (Java, C#, or Go).
• Backend or full-stack experience with production systems.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.
• Ability to navigate and debug large, multi-file codebases.
• Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations.
• Advanced professional written proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Debug and resolve issues across complex, multi-file codebases.
• Implement new backend or full-stack functionality.
• Refactor and migrate existing systems.
• Develop and extend unit and integration test suites.
• Write clear technical specifications and reference implementations.
• Review code and technical submissions for correctness and quality.
• Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes.
• Validate that requirements, code, tests, and outputs are aligned.
• Projects are individually scoped, allowing contributors to take on work based on availability and expertise.
