Aforma is seeking a dynamic Backend Developer with strong Python experience to build scalable backend systems and integrate AI-enabled tooling for rapid MVPs. You will work closely with the team to deploy services on AWS, design robust APIs, and model data across NoSQL and relational databases.

The role emphasizes critical thinking, fast execution, and proposing pragmatic, innovative solutions to accelerate product development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• More than 4 years of Python development experience.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with API integrations using REST and/or GraphQL.
• Strong English communication (Advanced/Bilingual).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs for our core application.
• Integrate third-party services using REST and/or GraphQL.
• Work with NoSQL and relational databases, ensuring efficient data modeling and query performance.
• Collaborate with the team on deploying services to AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.).
• Suggest and experiment with AI-based tooling for rapid development and MVP creation.
• Bring fresh ideas to enhance backend architecture and development pipeline.
