Qualifications
- 5+ years of real software engineering experience.
- Comfortable working on complex, production systems.
- Strong coding and architecture awareness.
- Ability to mentor juniors and contribute to technical decisions.
- Capable of supporting either Software Engineering or Data‑oriented assignments.
Responsibilities
- Review RFPs and draft proposal text and budgets with the team.
- Prepare proposals, rebids, and related documents.
- Support other Proposal Developers in delivering opportunities.
- Define scope of work and align budgets with requirements.
- Ensure processes and policies for proposal development are followed.
- Participate in strategy calls to discuss customer requirements.
- Perform quality control edits and finalise documents for distribution.
- Update corporate databases and tracking reports.
