Property Manager (Remote)

Stayable is seeking a skilled and motivated Property Manager to join our remote global team. As a Property Manager, you will have the opportunity to steer the success of two hotels in the U.S. to ensure that they are well‑maintained, profitable and represent Stayable in the best possible manner. This role offers the chance to work remotely while significantly impacting the success of our properties.

Compensation

Weekly pay is based on experience; each property manager will receive health insurance, paid holidays and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for company executives, tenants, and vendors while developing positive relationships and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Market properties for lease through various channels, including online platforms and social media, to attract potential tenants.
  • Coordinate property viewings, tenant screenings, and lease negotiations to secure quality tenants.
  • Collect rent payments, manage lease agreements, and enforce lease terms as necessary.
  • Coordinate regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks with vendors and contractors, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
  • Manage financial aspects of property management, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Stay informed about local rental market trends, regulations, and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations.
  • Prepare and present reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment.

  • The ability to work in the US Eastern time zone.
