Responsabilités

• Dirigir implementaciones empresariales a gran escala a nivel de programa.
• Definir enfoques de entrega y gestionar estructuras de gobernanza complejas.
• Actuar como asesor de confianza para stakeholders ejecutivos, resolviendo escaladas críticas.
• Impulsar el alineamiento entre negocio, técnico y operaciones a lo largo del programa.
• Influir en el cambio organizacional a gran escala, más allá de la entrega individual.

About the Role

As a Project Manager Senior, you lead large-scale, highly complex enterprise implementations, operating at a program level rather than a single project. You define delivery approaches, manage complex governance structures, and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. You drive alignment across business, technical, and operational teams while resolving critical escalations and influencing organizational change at scale.

• Influence organizational change at scale, beyond the mechanics of a single delivery.

Role Profile

• Education / Degree Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Years of Experience: 6 to 10 years of project management experience in ERP, software implementation, or technology consulting environments.
• Language Requirements: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.

Preferred

• Certifications: NetSuite SuiteFoundation or PMP certification is required. CAPM, PRINCE2, PSM, CSM, SAFe, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and NetSuite ERP Consultant certifications are considered strong assets.
