Project Manager Digital Events Marketing Coordinator

MRM is a leading multinational company in digital marketing and advertising. We are looking for a Project Manager | Digital Events Marketing Coordinator to join the team. In this role, you will carry out a vast variety of tasks supporting the planning, development and local stewardship and execution of client’s training days event series.

Main tasks

• End-to-end management of event set up, marketing, delivery, and ownership of virtual programmatic events inclusive of event timings and status management
• Act as point of contact for the client, effectively communicating event marketing status, event updates, timings, and feedback
• Lead and support across multiple virtual events as a live event host, managing speakers and monitoring event Q&A

Required skills

• Previous experience with digital event execution
• Excellent attention to detail and process, strong organization and time management skills (including building & managing project plans)
• Results focused with ability to multi-task and prioritize within a dynamic environment
• Proactive and intuitive nature with the ability to work as part of a team but also independently
• Successful track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders and agency colleagues
• Strong IT skills including experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
• Solid written and verbal communication skills (English is required)
