FX Replay is a platform for traders to practice with replayed historical markets, testing strategies against real price data, and reviewing decisions. We seek a craft-first Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design for data-dense experiences, working with an international team and reporting to the CPO.

Product Designer

• An updated portfolio is required. Your portfolio should include shipped product work and demonstrate your design process, thinking, and iteration — not only final screens. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Strong professional English is required, both written and spoken. You will work closely with an international team and communicate daily with product managers, engineers, and leadership.
• We are specifically looking for candidates with 5+ years of hands‑on product design experience working on digital products. Graphic design, branding, marketing design, or UI‑only experience alone is not sufficient.
• Experience designing complex product experiences is important. We are especially interested in candidates who have worked on data‑dense products, analytics platforms, fintech, developer tools, creative software, or other sophisticated digital tools.

Our design problem is one of the hard ones: data‑dense, real‑time interfaces where clarity, speed, and precision are the product. Every pixel of a chart, every millisecond of the backtesting experience, every number in an analytics view carries weight for the person using it.

About the role

We're looking for a craft‑first Senior Product Designer. You'll work alongside two other designers, go deep on the hardest interaction problems in the product, and set the bar for what quality looks like.

The opportunity is to define what deliberate practice for traders should look and feel like, including what it becomes as AI reshapes how people learn, analyze, and improve. You'll report directly to the CPO and work daily with product managers and engineers who ship fast.

In this role, you will

• Own end‑to‑end design for major product areas, from ambiguous early exploration through polished, shipped execution
• Design data‑dense experiences (backtesting, journal, strategies, analytics) where visual hierarchy and interaction precision decide whether the product works
• Raise the craft bar across the product and help evolve our design system, maintained in Claude Design and Figma
• Shape problem definitions with PMs and engineers rather than executing handed‑down specs
• Own handoff end‑to‑end: high‑fidelity prototypes that reflect real application state, precise specs engineering can build from (including AI‑assisted development), and design QA on what ships
• Partner with our dedicated researcher to turn qualitative and quantitative insight into design decisions
• Iterate on shipped work using user feedback, session data, and product metrics
• Use AI fluently in how you explore, prototype, and communicate, and help define what AI‑native patterns should feel like in our product: trustworthy, transparent, and graceful when they fail

You might thrive in this role if you

• Have a portfolio of complex, shipped products that shows how you think and iterate, not just final screens
• Have 5+ years of product design experience
• Hold a high bar for interaction and visual craft, and can articulate why a design decision is right
• Can turn complex experiences into simple, intuitive products
• Have real design system experience: building patterns others adopt rather than consuming someone else's library
• Move things forward without being pushed, and are comfortable with autonomy and low oversight
• Communicate clearly and bring people along with your reasoning

• Experience designing for trading, fintech, or other expert tools (dev tools, analytics platforms, creative software)
• You trade, or you've tried. You understand the user because you've been one
