Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Córdoba, Argentina, to drive delivery across our cybersecurity product portfolio. You will lead cross-functional programs spanning Engineering, Product, Threat Research, and Operations, ensuring alignment, dependency management, and timely shipping of critical products to millions of users worldwide.

• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across engineering, product, and leadership teams.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present complex information clearly to audiences at all levels.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence; proficient with dashboards and program metrics.

The Role

Proofpoint Engineering is looking for a Senior Program Manager to drive delivery across our cybersecurity product portfolio. In this role, you'll lead cross-functional programs that span Engineering, Product, Threat Research, and Operations - ensuring teams stay aligned, dependencies are managed, and critical products ship on time to protect millions of users worldwide.

What you’ll do

• Own product delivery across the full software development lifecycle - requirements, design, development, testing, and release - across both cloud and appliance-based product lines
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Threat Research, Operations, and Customer Support on programs that span multiple teams and timelines
• Coordinate across multiple Agile teams using scaled Agile practices including aligning sprints, managing cross-team dependencies, and driving program-level delivery rhythm
• Turn program complexity into clear, strategic updates for senior leadership
• Lead strategic planning and end-to-end delivery for multiple programs simultaneously, balancing long-term goals with day-to-day execution

What we’re looking for
