Atomic HR is hiring a Principal Software Engineer for a US SaaS startup with a remote-first team. You will own backend design, data pipelines, and system architecture for scalable, secure platforms serving frontline workers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer with leadership of end-to-end projects.
• Expertise in system architecture for scalable, reliable software.

• Experience automating complex processes (eligibility checks, fraud detection).
• Experience handling large volumes of sensitive data (privacy/security).
