A leading recruitment firm in Buenos Aires is seeking a Preboarding Specialist to manage compliance reviews for partners. The candidate will assist vendors and ensure progress on background checks with a commitment to service excellence. This hybrid position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM. Applicants should have at least one year of office experience, with a preference for those holding an Associate’s degree. Bilingual candidates in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply.

Formación

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment.
  • Utilizing customer service and administrative skills is required.

Responsabilidades

  • Objectively review background and drug reports for compliance.
  • Review vendor systems daily to ensure progress.
  • Assist vendor with completion of required checks when necessary.

Hybrid position based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Position is onsite once a week. Language requirements: Spanish & English.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Objectively review background and drug reports to ensure compliance for partner.
  • Review vendor systems daily to ensure progress and escalante accordingly.
  • Assist vendor with completion of required check when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree strongly preferred.

Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment utilizing the required customer service and administrative skills.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Typing skills with a minimum of 40 WPM.
