Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation in the United States is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across partner facilities. You will screen patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and participate in discharge planning while ensuring compliance with state regulations.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, provide clinical oversight, and join a collaborative team that supports ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist delivers high-quality therapy services to patients while fostering positive relationships with facilities and clients, in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards and physical therapy best practices.
• Responsibilities include patient screening and evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, discharge planning, supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs, and case management.
• The therapist upholds professional conduct and complies with all state and federal regulations governing physical therapy.
