Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice, including age/education/licensure.
• Minimum age may be 16 years if not mandated by state board.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Ensure prescription information and labeling accuracy for patient safety.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation for safe and accurate fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick‑up, drive‑thru, and phone.
• Assist with basic inventory and returns‑to‑stock tasks as directed.
• Be flexible for scheduling across the market as needed.
• Comply with federal, state, and CVS policies to protect patient privacy and safety.
• Deliver immunizations and other services where allowed by law.
