Walmart Supercenter is seeking a Pharmacy Associate to input and process prescriptions, assist customers, and support pharmacists in our Alma, AR store. Role includes handling health-related questions and providing friendly, accurate service.

This full-time position offers competitive pay with possible incentives and a range of benefits aimed at supporting employees and their families. Availability for mid-shift or closing is preferred.

Hourly Rate

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
