Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Pharmacy Delivery Driver to assist our customers at Stephens Pharmacy. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 long-term care facilities, and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, rehab therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

About the department:

Stephens Pharmacy is a retail pharmacy that has proudly served the community for over 50 years. It operates in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment where the team works directly with patients to help them navigate medication therapies, insurance barriers, and access challenges by using advanced tools and technology like PioneerRx, MedSync coordination, ParataMax2 and ICON pill counter. The primary focus is ensuring patients understand their medications and feel supported in their healthcare journey while building a culture that prioritizes communication, collaboration, and fun.

A typical day includes:

Driving a CMH-owned vehicle to deliver prescriptions and over-the-counter medications direct to patients' homes within Bolivar and the surrounding area.

• Provides exceptional customer service by delivering items on time and assisting customers with any additional pharmacy-related requests
• Maintains delivery logs and associated paperwork
• Follows all federal/state laws, including HIPAA, for patient privacy
• Keeps vehicle clean and reports any maintenance issues

Job Requirements:

• Education: HS diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience: 1 year of prior delivery and retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Skills: Customer service, general knowledge of Bolivar and the surrounding area to ensure deliveries are made on time using the most efficient route possible, organized and detail-oriented
• Licensure/Certification: Valid Missouri driver's license and a clean driving record are required

The position is:

PRN days between 8am and 12pm.
