Syneos Health is seeking a Safety Specialist I for Mexico and Argentina in a hybrid role. The candidate will input and track adverse event data, assist with ICSR processing, and help ensure regulatory reporting accuracy across safety systems.

The role requires a life sciences degree and strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety databases. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, nursing, pharmacy or equivalent.
• Proficiency with safety database systems and medical terminology.
• Solid understanding of clinical trial processes (Phases II–IV) and pharmacovigilance regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Enter information into PVG quality and tracking systems for receipt and tracking ICSR.
• Assist in processing ICsRs per SOPs and safety plans.
• Triages ICsRs for completeness and regulatory reporting.
• Enter data into safety databases and code events/medical history as needed.
• Generate timely, accurate safety reports in line with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain safety tracking for assigned activities.
• Support audits and ensure TMF documentation compliance.
