A global healthcare firm is seeking a Specialist in People Analytics in Buenos Aires to provide expertise in establishing and operationalizing People Analytics globally. You will partner with People and Functional leaders to drive data-based decision-making and integrate data into tactical execution. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data analysis and operational expertise, with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This role is integral to enhancing organizational effectiveness, so strong collaboration skills are essential.
