As a Patient Safety Partner (PSP) at Roche, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe use of our medicines by working across functions and maintaining regulatory compliance. This role has a direct impact on patient health and offers the opportunity to collaborate both locally and globally within a dynamic and innovative environment.
Monitor and manage the local safety profile of Roche products, including adverse event reports and safety signal detection. Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance (PV) regulations and maintain readiness for audits and inspections. Act as a point of contact for safety-related matters with internal teams, health authorities, and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Access, Health System and Patient Journey Partners) to implement safety strategies. Design and execute local safety strategies aligned with global objectives and the local healthcare environment. Communicate safety risks and mitigation measures clearly to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. Identify trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to enhance patient safety outcomes.
Hold a degree in Life Sciences or Health-related fields (Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, etc.). Have one year of experience in Pharmacovigilance, which is highly valuable for covering the safety aspects of the role. Bring experience in other medical or regulatory functions such as Regulatory Affairs, Medical Information, or Clinical Operations. Demonstrate knowledge of the regulatory environments in Argentina, especially in product registration and renewals from a safety perspective. Speak fluent English to effectively interact with global and regional teams. This position does not offer relocation benefits.
