AbbVie seeks a Patient Support Programs Lead to oversee patient services and collaborate with Brand Teams, Functional Areas, and Partners to design, implement, and measure solutions.

The role requires data-driven oversight, strong cross-functional engagement, and a focus on patient access, affordability, and program outcomes. Travel within and outside the island is required, with English and Spanish fluency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in science, business, public health, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, access and reimbursement support, case management or related field preferred.
• Proven leadership competencies with empathetic and caring personality; previous team leadership desired.
• Background within Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AbbVie Care Specialists and Patient Advocates, providing guidance, training, and feedback to foster learning.
• Implement and monitor metrics to measure effectiveness and cost-savings of Patient Programs.
• Establish a robust system for tracking and reporting Patient Programs metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical standards in Patient Programs management.
• Develop resources (digital and printed) for Patient Programs and manage agency collaboration.
