Ernst & Young Argentina seeks a candidate for the German Immigration team to support expatriates of various clients in German and English. You will receive EY training in German technical areas before contributing to client work in a multinational setting.

The role emphasizes high quality, strong communication, and teamwork, with opportunities for international rotation and ongoing career development.

Formación

• German language C1 level required for day-to-day work.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with immigration procedures is a plus.
• Prior corporate experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare applications for permits: renewals, extensions, and notices to authorities.
• Prepare letters of engagements, assignments, remuneration forms, powers of attorney.
• Draft letters/emails to authorities and track procedures in EY tools.
• Participate in weekly calls with seniors and managers; report progress to team lead.
• Engage in technical trainings and collaborate with remote team members.

As part of theGerm an Immigrationteam,you would work onGermanimmigration proceduresand related activities fortheexpatriates from various clients. Youwillreceive training from EY in theGermantechnical areas before beingassigned tothe job. High quality,good technical knowledge,efficiencyand good communication skillsare the keysuccessfactorsfor this role.Therolerequiresconstantinteracting with the clients/expatriatesinFrenchand Englishlanguage.

Specific activities - Staff:

Preparation of applications for different types of permits: renewals, extensions, and announcements to authorities

Preparation of letters of engagements, assignment, remuneration forms, power of attorneys, justification/motivation.

Drafting ofletters/emails to authorities for sending documentation.

Track of Immigration Procedures in EY tools.

Participation in weekly calls with the Seniors and Managers in charge of the accounts.

Keep the Senior in charge of the team informed of the progress of their work.

Participation intechnicaltrainings.

KeyRequirements

Advanced students or graduates inInternational Relations,tourism and hospitality,Economics careers,Translators.

C1 level ofGermanlanguage certification or equivalent proficiency, both written and verbal, is requiredin ordertosuccessfully execute theday-to-daywork.

Fluency in English language - both written and verbal

Any experience of working withImmigration procedureswill be an added advantage

Prior work experience in a corporate environment is not a requirement but would be an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office

Full-time position, Location CABA.
