Applaudo seeks a part-time Business Architect to bridge finance and engineering for a complex subscription billing model. Translate requirements into Zuora data needs and guide the legacy-to-Zuora transformation, working with the integration team and finance stakeholders.

You will maintain clear communication with a US-based controller, support continuity during handover, and avoid platform administration tasks. English fluency and billing-domain expertise are essential.

Formación

• Proven business analysis experience across finance and technical domains.
• Requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis experience.
• Strong subscription and billing domain knowledge, incl. invoicing and lifecycle.
• Data literacy to read pipeline logic and validate data outputs.
• Executive-facing communication skills for US-based stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Translate the billing model in Zuora into actionable data requirements.
• Lead business analysis for scope not covered by Zuora services.
• Guide transformation from legacy accounting to Zuora with clear steps.
• Interpret Zuora data model to unblock the integration team.
• Facilitate trade-off decisions with controller and finance stakeholders.
• Maintain stakeholder communication during handover period.
