We are hiring a media specialist to manage paid campaigns, optimize performance, and advise clients on trends. Expect a fast-paced environment with cross-team collaboration and international client exposure.

Formación

• 2–4 years of Paid Media campaign experience in tech or end-advertiser.
• Knowledge of major social platforms (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat etc.).
• Experience with programmatic or search platforms is desirable but not required.
• Strong data analysis skills with Google Analytics and Data Studio preferred.
• Excellent consultative relationship management and communication.
• Advanced English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the execution and performance of social, search, display, video, and mobile ads throughout the account lifecycle.
• Build and grow relationships with client-side stakeholders and media partners.
• Advise clients on industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Align client needs with Monks solutions to create efficient workflows and lasting value.
• Monitor market trends and help roll out scalable processes and products.
