We are hiring a media specialist to manage paid campaigns, optimize performance, and advise clients on trends. Expect a fast-paced environment with cross-team collaboration and international client exposure.

Qualifications

2–4 years of Paid Media campaign experience in tech or end-advertiser.
Knowledge of major social platforms (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat etc.).
Experience with programmatic or search platforms is desirable but not required.
Strong data analysis skills with Google Analytics and Data Studio preferred.
Excellent consultative relationship management and communication.
Advanced English communication.

Responsibilities

Manage the execution and performance of social, search, display, video, and mobile ads throughout the account lifecycle.
Build and grow relationships with client-side stakeholders and media partners.
Advise clients on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Align client needs with Monks solutions to create efficient workflows and lasting value.
Monitor market trends and help roll out scalable processes and products.
