Alts Digital is seeking an Organic Growth Manager to own product-led content in the LatAm iGaming market. You will manage core website features, drive the organic roadmap with Product, and scale content experiences using AI and automation.

The role emphasizes building scalable workflows, tracking performance, and collaborating with PR, Content, and Product teams. Remote-first with global reach and a focus on international markets.

Qualifications

• Strong SEO experience with ownership of a large content website.
• Native Spanish and fluent English.
• Experience with GA4, Search Console and Ahrefs.
• Ability to automate workflows and think in systems.
• Experience in iGaming is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management of the website and its core content features.
• Execute the organic roadmap together with Product.

About the role

We're looking for someone to take ownership of some of our products in the LatAm iGaming market. This role goes beyond traditional SEO or content management. You'll be responsible for ensuring our core website features remain accurate, relevant and continuously evolving, while identifying scalable opportunities to grow organic traffic and business impact. This is a hands‑on role, requiring writing, editing, managing, and automating content directly. You'll work across SEO, Product and Content, taking ownership of both strategy and execution while using AI and automation to build scalable workflows. The ideal candidate understands that the future of SEO isn't publishing more articles, it's building better products, smarter workflows and scalable content experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor the local betting markets, following campaigns, promotions, new operators and product launches across major sportsbooks.
• Transform market insights into new landing pages, website features and organic growth initiatives.
• Use AI as part of your daily workflow to improve research, content management and operational efficiency.
• Design scalable workflows that reduce manual work through automation.
• Track organic performance and continuously optimise based on traffic, engagement and business impact.

Requirements

Your Attitude & Background

• Strong SEO experience with proven ownership of a large content website.
• Previous experience in iGaming is highly desirable.
• Comfortable managing websites rather than simply producing content.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, internal linking and content strategy.
• Curious about Product and excited to build features that generate organic traffic.
• Comfortable using AI daily (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar).
• Experience thinking in systems and automation rather than manual execution.
• Strong analytical skills using GA4, Search Console and Ahrefs.
• Able to identify market opportunities and execute quickly.
• Native Spanish and Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with sports betting or casino products.
• Experience launching SEO features, programmatic pages or scalable content products.
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or headless CMS).
• Familiarity with APIs, automation tools or AI‑assisted publishing.
• Product mindset with the ability to prioritize based on business impact.
