Job summary

DiDi Global is seeking an early-career team member currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field. You will support operational execution, document core business logic, and perform basic data tasks under mentorship.

You will apply SQL basics to analyze data, track metrics, and ensure progress on assigned workstreams, while collaborating with peers and stakeholders to drive value.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on, self-motivated approach with ownership of tasks.
• Proven ability to achieve results under clear guidance and follow established work plans.
• Proficiency in Excel and a foundational understanding of data analysis concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear and concise style.
• Basic working knowledge of SQL for common data querying and processing tasks.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and maintain positive relationships.
• Experience or interest in using data to inform judgment and problem diagnosis.
