British American Tobacco Argentina is offering an Operations Finance Intern role in Pilar to support financial analysis, budgeting, inventory control and continuous improvement initiatives. The role provides exposure to manufacturing finance, cost management and business partnering across functions.

Formación

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or SAP is a plus.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support month-end closing activities, including expense analysis, cost center reviews and variance reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management presentations.
• Monitor manufacturing expenses, inventory movements and cost performance indicators.
• Support inventory control processes, stock reconciliations and audit requirements.
• Assist in budget and forecast exercises, including volume, cost and productivity assumptions.
• Participate in savings initiatives by tracking project performance and validating financial benefits.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR and other functions to gather and analyze business data.
• Support continuous improvement programs and loss analysis activities within the factory environment.
