What you’ll Do

The Operations Analyst plays an important role gathering and analyzing data in order to provide recommendations on how we can improve efficiency and effectiveness in our organization. You will work side-by-side with the Chief Operations Officer and be responsible for creating impact through the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. As an Operations Analyst you will have the opportunity to solve challenges internally and implement goal‑oriented strategies in our company. This role also involves managing data, client reporting, and business processes.

Main Functions

• Analysis and monitoring of operating costs.
• Analyze expenses and routine processes.
• Gather data about the organization’s activities and financial health.
• Monthly reporting on performance and productivity for all areas.
• Proposal for improvements within the organization based on data analysis.
• Recommend solutions to make processes more efficient or profitable.
• Measurement of ROI of technological implementations.
• Tracking and follow‑up of OKR within all areas.
• Salesforce data analysis monthly and quarterly presentations of data and analysis.
• Attend and prepare material for meetings and modify/develop approaches based on the discussions.

Other Tasks

Data integrity by monitoring team’s data entry such as timesheets, approval of orders, and on‑time billing.
