Royal Caribbean Group in Argentina seeks a Guest Services Manager aboard our ship to lead a dynamic front-of-house team, deliver industry-leading guest experiences, and embody The ROYAL WAY: Friendly, Passionate, and Committed.

You will coach and develop crew, ensure service standards, and coordinate with shipboard and shore-side partners to resolve issues, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment.

Formación

• Minimum two years’ front of house managerial/operational experience in a cruise line (shipboard).
• Ability to deal with internal and external guests with discretion, patience, tact and diplomacy.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing exemplary customer and personal service including needs assessment, problem resolution and quality service standards.
• Ability to communicate diplomatically with managers, shipboard and shore-side employees to resolve problems and negotiate amicable resolution.
• Flexibility to manage a positive, dynamic, diverse guest services operation in a changing work environment.
• Ability to utilize and administer progressive disciplinary action through coaching and counseling to improve performance.
• Ability to work positively and cooperatively in a diverse team environment to meet timeframes for the Guest Services division operation.
• Flexible outlook towards placement throughout the fleet, considering changing fleet-wide operational business needs.
• Working knowledge of computers, internet access, and the ability to navigate software packages such as Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of office equipment and US cash handling procedures and foreign exchange; English must be spoken clearly.
