Arkansas Children's Hospital is seeking a Child Life Supervisor for the NICU, overseeing student programming and department operations. This full-time role requires coordinating patient/family psychosocial services and leading staff in clinical activities.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4 years in a related field and at least 1 year of leadership experience; a Master’s degree is recommended.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Master’s degree is recommended.
• Related field experience with leadership responsibility (4 years with 1 year) is required.
• Certifications: at least one of the listed certifications is required.

Responsabilidades

• Gather information and document the psychosocial needs of patients and families through meetings, nursing reports and medical staff consultation.
• Ensure patients and families receive appropriate clinical services and medical plans; prepare families for events and discharge planning.
• Provide developmental services including group activities and interventions for patients.
• Maintain a safe play environment with appropriate materials and attendance/documentation of interventions.
