Girgraphic is seeking an experienced Motion Design Art Director to lead the creative direction of broadcast graphics for live events and virtual productions. You will mentor designers and stay hands-on across the creative process while coordinating with our US-based and South American teams.

You will oversee projects from concept to delivery, balancing creative excellence with the fast-paced needs of live broadcasts and remote collaborations across time zones.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director, Senior Motion Designer or in a similar leadership role.
• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion design and animation.
• Experience creating graphics for broadcast, live television, sports, esports, entertainment or virtual production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Strong experience with Cinema 4D or equivalent 3D software.
• Expert understanding of animation principles, typography, composition and visual storytelling.
• Experience leading creative projects from concept through to final delivery.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the creative direction of broadcast graphics and motion design projects from concept through to delivery.
• Develop visual concepts, style frames, mood boards, storyboards and presentations.
• Design and produce high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics for live sports, broadcast and virtual productions.
• Create broadcast graphics packages, animation systems and reusable toolkits.
• Present concepts and design solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Designers, Motion Designers, Vizrt Artists, Unreal Artists, Developers and Production teams.
• Provide creative leadership, mentoring and feedback across multiple projects.
• Explore new ideas, techniques and workflows to elevate standards.
• Ensure solutions meet operational and technical requirements of live broadcasts.
• Support productions and client meetings across multiple time zones.

The Role

As our creative and production requirements continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Motion Design Art Director to join our team.

This is a full-time remote position based in Brazil.

Working as part of our global creative team, you will lead the creative direction of broadcast graphics and motion design projects while remaining hands-on throughout the creative process. Working closely with our US-based team and creative talent across South America, you will oversee projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring creative excellence while balancing the technical requirements of live broadcast environment.

This is an opportunity to work on graphics and motion design for some of the world's leading sporting events, broadcasters and live productions, while helping shape innovative creative solutions across broadcast, augmented reality and virtual production. As Girgraphic continues to grow, you will play an important role in shaping our creative output and maintaining consistent creative standards across our expanding international team.

The successful candidate will work remotely while collaborating with teams across multiple international time zones. Flexibility to support live broadcast productions, project deadlines and occasional non-traditional working hours may be required.

Occasional international travel may be required to support productions and client meetings.

What you will do:

• Lead the creative direction of broadcast graphics and motion design projects from concept through to delivery
• Develop visual concepts, style frames, mood boards, storyboards and creative presentations
• Design and produce high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics for live sports, broadcast and virtual productions
• Create broadcast graphics packages, animation systems and reusable creative toolkits
• Present creative concepts and design solutions to clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Graphic Designers, Motion Designers, Vizrt Artists, Unreal Artists, Developers and Production teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide creative leadership, mentoring and constructive feedback to designers across multiple projects
• Continually explore new ideas, techniques and workflows to elevate the creative standard of our work
• Ensure creative solutions are delivered with consideration for the operational and technical requirements of live broadcast productions
• Support productions and client meetings locally and internationally where required

Experience with:
