Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary care in facilities around El Dorado, Arkansas, on a full-time basis. You will apply medical techniques under physician supervision, caring for patients with chronic conditions and complex needs.

Qualifications

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA license in Arkansas.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnoses, and independent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care to patients in and around El Dorado, AR.
• Perform physical exams, review histories, and develop care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations platforms.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Order diagnostic tests as needed and prescribe medications and interventions.
