Sundt Inc. is actively seeking a Millwright Journeyman to join our industrial construction team. You will plan, lay-out and install mechanical equipment, align and maintain systems, and work under supervision with other crafts as needed.
Required are multiple years of millwright experience, ability to read drawings, safety‑conscious communication and a commitment to quality. You will contribute to a safe, productive site and support continuous improvement.
Formación
- Must understand millwright trade and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Effective verbal and written communication required.
Responsabilidades
- Maintain positive working relationships with all crew members.
- Produce high quality work safely and efficiently.
- Provide feedback to ensure materials, tools, and information are available.
- Identify improvement opportunities and learn from others.
- Share knowledge and mentor others.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in related trade mathematics.
- Inspect subordinates' work for accuracy and compliance.
- Eliminate waste in processes.
