Zipdev is looking for a Growth Specialist to join our team. Our client is a small but brilliant team looking to add one more. Company management is closely involved and ensures that our tight development team handles only the most vital and strategic development projects.

Do you have a “growth hacking” mindset? Do you like the idea of rigorously testing marketing, promotional, advertising, content, and other ideas using cold, hard metrics so you and everyone else can learn what’s really working and what isn’t? Do you like the idea of helping a startup in the Amazon advertising space grow into something awesome through a systematic process of carefully testing ideas to find the best ways to grow? The more experience you have as a “growth hacker” or “growth marketer”, the better. But we also realize that the right mindset and being willing and able to just dive in and solve problems related to growth is a huge asset and can be more important than the number of years spent on the job. If you think you have what it takes, and can come up with awesome ideas for acquiring, activating and retaining customers, and systematically help set up, organize and run tests for these ideas, find the winning ones based on specific actionable metrics, not opinions - if this is you, we should talk.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan and implement A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion funnels and user experiences.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Identify new channels and opportunities for growth.
  • Create and maintain reports to track key metrics, performance trends, and experiment results.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing or Growth Marketing.
  • Proven experience in growth marketing, with a track record of driving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL).
  • Knowledge in Advertising Platforms ( e.g Google Ads, Yahoo Ads, Meta Ads, etc).
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS for basic edits is a plus.
