We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Memory Care Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of our memory care program.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an innovative and inclusive memory care program that meets the diverse needs of our residents.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the memory care team, ensuring the delivery of personalized and high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and their families to assess individual needs and preferences.
  • Create and oversee engaging and therapeutic activities designed to promote cognitive stimulation and emotional well-being.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices related to memory care and dementia support.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes the dignity and independence of residents.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, nursing, psychology, healthcare administration) is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a memory care or dementia care setting, with a deep understanding of best practices and person-centered care principles
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong emphasis on empathy and active listening
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to memory care programs.
