Job Description

INTEGRA is currently looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in San Juan, PR. The successful candidate will take on an active role working directly with project managers and clients, for the design of plumbing, pumping and HVAC systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and calculations for buildings mechanical systems.
• Prepare plans, specifications, and construction estimates.
• Reviews drawings and recommends necessary changes.
• Attends meetings and interacts with clients.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing mechanical systems (Buildings: HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and water & sewer pumping systems)
• 4-5+ years of experience are preferred.
• EIT or PE certifications.
• Excellent technical and interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication skills (English/Spanish preferred).
• Computer skills required, with ability to use AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office in such applications as spreadsheets, databases, and engineering software.
