A global leader in agricultural science is hiring for an entry-level Material Management position in Pilar, Buenos Aires. The role involves monitoring purchase orders and ensuring on-time delivery of materials while maintaining supplier relationships. Candidates should have strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel, with at least one year of experience preferred. The position is temporary for a 12-month period with a full-time hybrid work model.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor purchase orders for local and imported materials.
• Maintain direct contact with suppliers.
• Lead meetings with Purchasing teams to resolve supply issues.
• Generate and follow up on change controls impacting materials.
• Prepare forecasts and share with suppliers.
• Monitor department KPIs.

Purpose: Track purchase orders and ensure the on‑time delivery of materials in line with planning requirements. This is an entry-level position, requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience, with a dynamic and proactive profile. This is a temporary position for a 12‑month period.

Your mission will be to:

• Monitor purchase orders for local and imported raw materials and packaging materials (production materials).
• Maintain direct contact with suppliers.
• Lead meetings with Purchasing teams to resolve supply issues.
• Generate and follow up on change controls impacting materials.
• Create Smart Desk tickets for purchase order adjustments.
• Prepare forecasts and share them with suppliers.
• Monitor department KPIs.

• Student or graduate in Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
• Experience in Planning / Purchasing / Supplier management (desirable, not mandatory).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Dynamic profile with a strong sense of urgency.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP (desirable, not mandatory).
• Knowledge of APO for planning (desirable, not mandatory).
• Knowledge of GMP (desirable, not mandatory).
• Advanced English – used to communicate with international suppliers.
• Reside in areas close to Pilar, Buenos Aires.
