A Masseur is responsible for providing professional spa treatments and services to guests, including but not limited to body and facial treatments, massages, home‑care recommendations, and guided tours of the spa facilities. The role requires maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction in all areas of spa services, in accordance with company and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend Hilton training sessions and monthly departmental meetings as required
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the department
  • Report any maintenance issues promptly to the Front Office Manager
  • Assist in all areas of spa and fitness operations as requested by the Front Office Manager
  • Maintain full knowledge of current and upcoming hotel services and treatments
  • Ensure adherence to the departmental operating budget by maximizing revenue and minimizing expenses
  • Deliver efficient and courteous guest service from arrival through check‑out
  • Book, modify, confirm, and cancel spa and massage appointments accurately
  • Upsell spa treatments and retail products when appropriate
  • Process all spa and retail billing accurately and report any discrepancies to the Front Office Manager
  • Clearly explain spa treatment menus and packages to guests
  • Greet and welcome all guests and staff in accordance with brand standards
  • Maintain the quality of service and the overall appearance of locker rooms, lounges, and restrooms
  • Ensure proper cleanliness of locker rooms, lounges, steam/sauna rooms, preparation rooms, and restrooms
  • Ensure adequate stocking of water and beverages and manage the setup and breakdown of beverage and fruit stations
  • Assist guests and provide personal training sessions when required
  • Maintain the fitness center by monitoring equipment and coordinating maintenance and updates with the Precor representative
  • Ensure audio‑visual equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
  • Orient guests within the fitness facilities and provide personalized guest assistance
What Are We Looking For?
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is required
  • Advanced level of English (mandatory), with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the language fluently to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to speak clearly and confidently in front of groups of guests or employees
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to handle situations involving multiple concrete variables in standardized environments
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the spa or hospitality industry
It Would Be an Advantage to Demonstrate the Following:
  • Experience working in a resort environment or within a wellness‑related field
