An international technology company is seeking a Marketing Partner Specialist to enhance their marketing efforts in the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in the B2B technology industry focused on co-marketing initiatives. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, driving sales pipeline growth, and fostering relationships with partners. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure, along with strong communication skills, are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Now we’re looking for a Marketing Partner Specialist to bring creative to Softline’s interface. You’ll be a part of our Global Marketing Team.

What you’ll do
  • Grow sales pipeline through lead generation campaigns and integrated partner programs for LATAM region.
  • Responsible for scalable and efficient marketing campaigns to drive products and solutions.
  • Project management of assigned partner programs.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant company functions are informed of the plans and activities.
  • Grow the value proposition of co-marketing programs for assigned partner.
  • Drive marketing consistency with partner to ensure Softline brand and value proposition is accurately and professionally represented.
  • Establish & support relationships with partner sales, channel, and marketing teams to improve sales potential.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Softline strategies and objectives about assigned partner.
  • Work with HQ marketing team to take advantage of global capabilities.
  • Keep record of all marketing activities including metrics, ROI, insights and recommendations for action plans.
Profile requirements
  • +4 years’ experience in B2B- Technology industry experience working with corporate partners to develop co-marketing initiatives or other incentives.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Program, Project or Business Process Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • English: conversational level.
