We are a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster. Operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, we create what is next by pioneering ideas, acting fast, and moving further because standing still just is not in our DNA.

We are drawn to people who stay curious, move with intent, and never stop inventing. Our culture runs on three values: better together, relentlessly curious, and get sh*t done. It is how we work, how we grow, and how we make things that matter.

The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our regional organization by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and assisting with various administrative tasks. • Support with coordinating and organizing regional events, offsites, and team-building activities

  • Complete expense reports, when needed, for the executives supported

  • Act as the point of contact for onsite meeting needs, including coordinating details for board meetings and ordering meals for executive meetings

  • Provide backup support, when needed, to global management support team

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and independently
