Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Manager of Clinical Data Management to lead data management teams and study portfolios for global trials. This remote, Argentina-based role will interface with sponsor governance and cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 9+ years in CDM within pharma/biotech, with 2–4 years of people management, and proficiency in key CDM tools. Travel may be required for sponsor governance meetings and audits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in biosciences or related field is required.
• Minimum 9 years in clinical data management within pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• 2–4 years of people management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee clinical data management teams and study portfolios.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for study-related issues and drive timely resolution.
• Represent the organization in sponsor governance meetings and foster sponsor relationships.
• Manage team resources, ensuring projects are staffed appropriately and workload-aligned.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through training and performance management.
• Partner with business development by contributing to proposals and sponsor-facing discussions.
• Support audits, inspections, and third-party reviews, driving corrective actions and improvements.
• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned data management processes and quality leadership.

Where You’ll Work

This is a REMOTE role open to candidates based in Argentina. You will collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones. Travel may be required to support sponsor governance meetings, audits, inspections, and other business-related activities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee clinical data management teams and study portfolios to support successful project execution and budget management.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for study-related issues and drive timely resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the organization in sponsor governance meetings and foster strong sponsor relationships.
• Manage team resources, ensuring projects are appropriately staffed and aligned with individual capabilities and workload demands.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through training, objective setting, performance management, and career development support.
• Partner with business development teams by contributing to proposals, presentations, and sponsor-facing discussions.
• Support audits, inspections, and third-party reviews, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement where needed.
• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned data management processes, providing guidance, training, documentation oversight, and quality leadership.
• Lead departmental initiatives focused on process improvements, operational efficiencies, and best practices across the data management function.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in biomedical sciences, life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in clinical data management or a related role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries.
• 2–4 years of people management experience
