A leading technology company seeks a Managing Support Senior Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative and business support. The ideal candidate should possess 5 to 7 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in MS Office tools, and familiarity with SAP internal tools. Responsibilities include maintaining filing systems, organizing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating events, while ensuring effective communication and organization within the team. A bachelor's degree is desirable.
Within the GFA board area, the COO orchestrates transformational efforts by driving innovation and simplifying, scaling, and digitalizing core finance processes. Together with the GFA LT, the COO leads the digital finance transformation and steers financial performance. The COO’s Service Delivery & Cross Topics team supports the GFA leadership in refining the Digital Finance Transformation vision and establishing a clear service portfolio and delivery model. The COO Agile Transformation team drives agile transformation and manages the COO SWARM organization.
We are looking for a management support senior specialist to support both the Head of Service Portfolio & Cross Topics and the Head of Agile Transformation.
