A global consulting firm is seeking a Management Support Senior Specialist in Buenos Aires to provide executive administrative support. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in fast-paced environments, be proficient in MS Office and have experience with SAP tools. Responsibilities include managing schedules, assisting in accounting, and maintaining filing systems. Fluency in English is required, and a Bachelor’s degree is desirable. Management Support Senior Specialist

What we offerPurpose and ObjectivesWithin the board area Global Finance & Administration (GFA) the Chief Operating Officer (COO) orchestrates GFA’s transformational efforts, by driving innovation as well as the simplification, scalability, and digitalization of the core finance processes and the transformation into an agile organization. Together with the GFA LT, the COO drives the digital finance transformation and steers, together with Controlling, the financial performance of GFA.

Core Tasks
  • Maintaining up-to-date filing and reference systems
  • Maintaining and organizing Outlook calendar/folders for assigned management
  • Scheduling appointments, managing inbox, read and respond to correspondence independently or as agreed with management
  • Assisting in accounting and reporting activities
  • Screening incoming calls and maintaining diaries
  • Arranging business travel, supports agenda management and expense tracking
  • Coordinating and supporting events for the department as a whole
  • Collaborating with various staff and departments to administratively support various projects
  • Preparing complex (activity/expense) reports, projects, documentation, and correspondence which may also require collecting, organizing, and analyzing data
  • Contacting key individuals inside and outside of the organization
  • Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources
  • Working with management to track and triage all tasks and topics coming into the team

Experience Requirements
