Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with make-readies and work orders.
• Keep grounds clean and maintain lobbies, restrooms, corridors, lounges, elevators, and stairways.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors; clean carpets and woodwork.
• Wash windows, doors, and windowsills; replace light bulbs as necessary.
• Assist maintenance with vacancy cleaning and general upkeep.
• Follow safety rules and perform other duties as assigned.
