FullStack is hiring a Machine Learning Operations Engineer for remote, project-based work with U.S. clients. You will join client teams and collaborate with designers and engineers to deploy AI/ML solutions in production environments.

Required: 3+ years in ML/MLOps, advanced English, and a four-year degree. Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud platforms, Python, and ML lifecycle tools is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development with ML and MLOps.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Experience deploying ML models to production via APIs/endpoints.
• MLOps: model tracking, versioning, monitoring, lifecycle management.
• Hands-on with LLMs or Generative AI concepts.
• Solid infra knowledge: containerization, cloud, CI/CD.
• Python for ML development and production apps.
• Familiarity with ML lifecycle tools and data platforms is a plus.
• Experience with RAG, LangChain, or LangGraph is a plus.
• Ability to own work and align with client goals.

The Opportunity

• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional software development experience with Machine Learning and MLOps practices.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Proven experience deploying Machine Learning and AI models to production environments via APIs or endpoints.
• Practical experience implementing MLOps practices, including model tracking, versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or Generative AI concepts and integrations.
• Solid understanding of core infrastructure and systems concepts, including containerization, cloud platforms, and CI/CD workflows.
• Proven experience with Python programming skills for ML development, automation, and production applications.
• Familiarity with ML lifecycle tools like MLflow, or data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, or BigQuery is a plus.
• Experience with agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, or LangGraph is a plus.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
• Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
