Golden Peak Patagonia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Neuquén, Argentina. The role focuses on coordinating transportation services, maintaining strong communication with providers and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.

The candidate will review freight costs, manage documents, and contribute to KPI reporting while supporting cost control initiatives. English proficiency and ERP/SAP experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
• Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or related operations.
• Knowledge of transportation processes, shipment tracking, and logistics documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP; strong Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

Job Duties

Under general supervision, coordinates and monitors transportation services to ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods and materials. Maintains regular communication with transportation providers, internal customers, and operational teams to support logistics requirements and ensure service quality. Reviews and controls transportation documentation, freight costs, invoices, and service compliance in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations. Updates operational reports, transportation metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives. Identifies service deviations, delivery issues, and operational risks, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement corrective actions and resolve problems. Utilizes SAP and other logistics systems to manage transportation transactions, shipment tracking, reporting, and operational controls. Supports cost control initiatives and assists in validating freight charges and related logistics expenses. Contributes to the optimization of logistics processes, service performance, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (mandatory).
• Intermediate / Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience in logistics, transportation coordination, supply chain, or related operational environments.
• Knowledge of transportation processes, shipment tracking, logistics documentation, and service provider management.
• Experience interacting with internal customers and external suppliers in a service-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic operational environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Availability to participate in an active on-call rotation schedule (one week on-call, two weeks off), including weekends and holidays when assigned.
