ExxonMobil in Argentina is seeking a Contract Management professional to ensure timely, accurate contract administration and end-to-end processing in systems.

You will enter commercial transactions, coordinate reviews across regions, maintain contract documentation, and support audits, while upholding high ethical standards and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in Contract Management support.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a global team.
• High ethical standards and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Enter commercial transactions into contract systems.
• Coordinate and track contract reviews and endorsements across regions.
• Ensure master data requests are entered in systems with policy compliance.
• Maintain contract documents and approvals in relevant systems.
• Support UIA/Internal audit reviews and contract registers.
• Monitor contractual task execution and resolve issues.
• Assist contract owners in operational or contractual issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop GTCs.

What role will you play in our team

Ensure contract and task administration is carried out in a timely, accurate manner in line with the contract. Support to LOBD team by coordinating and ensuring end to end flawless processing of contracts in systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Enter commercial transactions into the systems.
• Coordinates, records functional reviews/endorsements of contracts across organizations & regions as required.
• Ensures all master data requests are accurately entered into appropriate system and compliance with all EM company policies and legal obligations as required.
• Maintains repository of contracts/amendments/approvals/supporting documents in relevant systems/tools as required.
• Maintains contract documentation and supports UIA/Internal audit reviews, contract register and repository of contracts and amendments including approval documentation
• Monitors/supports contractual task execution as required.
• Supports contract owners / business line in resolving operational, commercial or contractual issues, as required.
• Works with cross functional team in development of GTCs and facilitates development and approval of boundary conditions.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Tradeor similar degrees.
• 3+ years of experience in Contract Management support.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
• High ethical standards and commitment to compliance.
