We are a small team that values a hands‑on and proactive approach, and we are currently looking for a Jr. Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Jr. Lead Generation Specialist to join RoverPass. This entry‑level position is crucial for gathering and managing high‑quality leads from government counties to support our sales and marketing efforts. The Jr. Lead Generation Specialist will follow a structured process to identify and compile potential leads, ensuring accuracy and relevance to our target markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads from government counties.
  • Utilize various online tools and databases to gather contact information and other relevant data about potential leads.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of lead information in our database.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines for lead sourcing.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Maintain organized records of leads and regularly update the database to reflect new information or changes.
  • Attend team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for lead sourcing.

Requirements:
